What are the delivery times? When will I receive my order?

The delivery time depends on the item. You can see the details on our website once you confirm your desired items. As soon as you have received the shipping confirmation by email, the goods will reach you within approx. 24/48h if we have them in stock, and if we don't have them in stock, then we will indicate the expected delivery date. Shipments outside the Iberian Peninsula might take longer. The days indicated are business days, we will ready your order as soon as possible. You can find more information under the article and the different payment methods. We send regular orderdes with the company MRW, and other companies for larger ones. The customer is free to hire their own transport company (recommended for clients from the Canary Islands), notifying us in advance of this fact, and freeing ncharchery from any damage or loss once the package is picked by your courier of choice

Where is my package right now?

As soon as your package has been shipped, you can ask for the tracking number. If there is any incident notified by our carrier, we will send you an email with all the necessary information.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs will always be borne by the customer and are NOT included in the total price of the order. All shipments will be made by transport agency, always choosing the most advantageous for the client based on the volume and weight of the total order, as well as depending on the final destination.

RETURNS

NCH Archery will only accept returns of items within a maximum period of 10 calendar days from the date of purchase, and provided that the item has not been used or modified and is returned in its original packaging.

In no case will the money be sent or returned, but rather it will be credited to the account or exchanged for a voucher redeemable for future purchases.

The return of mounted arrows, cut shafts or any other mounted and/or modified material will not be accepted.

Return shipments must be freight prepaid. NCH Archery will not accept any merchandise sent postage due.

Said shipment must bear a reference number that we will give you in each case. Without this reference number, the shipment will not be picked up even if it is sent freight prepaid.

What procedure should I follow to return an item?

Any product that you want to change or return must always be done with the original and intact packaging and labeling, conveniently packaged in its original box and properly protected. The item to be returned must be in the same condition in which it was received. Products that have been used, as well as damaged or broken as a result of lack of care or negligence or handling, will not be accepted.

Refunds of the amount will be made in the same way that the payment was made within 7 business days following the return of the purchase, or added as a redeemable voucher to the customer's account to be used in another purchase.

If the order was returned to origin because the logistics company could not deliver it due to its negligence to the recipient, ncharchery will bear all the costs of the first reshipment. In the event that the logistics company had operated correctly, ncharchery will not be responsible for the reshipment. If we had charged the order before sending it, the amount of the item in the order will be refunded, but not the shipping and handling costs.

In case of return for personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return costs. In the event that the product had shipping costs, the shipping costs will not be refunded. In the event that the product did not have shipping costs, the shipping costs will be deducted in the return.

If the customer wishes to make a change, they must follow the return procedure and opt for another product. The costs of return and new shipment will be borne by the customer.

If the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, as far as shipping is concerned, ncharchery will be responsible for the costs of return and subsequent reshipment. The customer may opt for a refund of the purchase amount.

If the return is due to a product failure, the customer must bear the return costs and the seller will send the product back in perfect condition, completing the relevant guarantee procedures of the manufacturer.

In any case, the customer must follow the return procedure, which is detailed below. Ncharchery reserves the right to demand compensation possible damages suffered by the merchandise, as well as to recover the direct expenses caused by the return. Returns that do not follow the return procedure will not be accepted.

RETURN PROCEDURE

1) Call us or send an email to info@ncharchery.com to request the return or exchange. We will assign you a return number. The shipment must be sent to the following address:

Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

2) Include in the original packaging all the elements received (item, original box, certificate and the Delivery Note or Invoice).

3) Send the package to the provided address.

4) Once the package is received, we will proceed to identify and verify the status of the returned products. This operation may take 48 hours, since each article is analyzed to verify that it corresponds to the one actually sent.

5) Once the verification is complete, we will send you an approval email or call you by phone and proceed immediately to the exchange or return. If there is any discrepancy, we will contact you as soon as possible.

6) We recommend that you send your return through a courier that offers you sufficient guarantees. Nch Archery cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to packages sent by customers.

Returns that do not comply with the following will not be accepted:

  • New and original condition.
  • Original packaging and sealed.
  • With its guarantee and corresponding manuals.
  • With the delivery note, invoice or sales receipt.

Returns will be authorized by ncharchery as long as the cause is justified.
