For what reason can my credit card be declined?

Your card may be declined for one of the following reasons:

  • - Your card does not meet the security requirements for online purchases, or it is not a VISA verified card.

How long does preparation and shipping take?

Peninsular shipments.

The shipment of products will be made in 24/48 hours if they are in stock in our warehouse or in 12-15 days when we must order them from our distributors in Europe.

If you request a product that is currently out of stock at the distributor, a personalized product or one that is not normally found in the catalogue, we will personally inform you of the approximate delivery period.

Shipments to the Balearic Islands.

If you request a product that is currently out of stock at the distributor, a personalized product or one that is not normally found in the catalogue, we will personally inform you of the approximate period for delivery.

Shipments to the Canary Islands.

We will inform you personally once we receive your order and confirm the availability of the products.

International deliveries.

For this type of shipment we will personally inform you of the estimated time once we confirm your order.

What is the minimum purchase?

There is no minimum order, but we advise you in this case that your order offset the shipping costs.

How I can make sure I placed my purchase correctly?

Go to MY ORDERS where you can see the status in which they are.

I already made the payment. Why are there items our of stock?

Sometimes stock errors may occur. We will proceed to inform you to replace it with a similar item, modify your order and/or refund you.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can. For cancelling your order, please go to MY ORDERS in your account. As long as the payment has not been made or the shipment has not already been processed.

On the other hand, for items without stock ordered on request, you should contact us to see if it is possible.

Can I modify an order which has been already paid?

Yes, you can. As long as it has not been shipped yet there is the option to modify it.

Products out of stock at the distributor, personalized products or products out of catalog cannot be modified or canceled once we have managed the reservation with our suppliers. For this reason, if you need to modify it, we advise you to contact us as soon as possible.

I wish to cancel my order. What steps do I need to follow?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email at info@ncharchery.com. Please have your order number ready so we can process your petition quickly. Our support team will take care of your wishes as soon as possible. We recommend that you send your return package with a carrier that offers you sufficient guarantees. Ncharchery cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to packages sent by customers, the return costs being paid by the customer.

Where is my package right now?

As soon as your package has been dispatched, you can consult us the tracking number. If there is any incident notified by our carrier, we will send you an email with all the necessary data.

RETURNS

The USER has a period of fourteen calendar days, counted from the date of receipt, to the date of dispatching the courier for return (article 71 of Law 3/2014 of March 27th). Unless the return is made due to defects in the products, the expenses related to the shipment will be assumed by the USER. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

The right of withdrawal may not be applied in the following cases:

1. If the product is not returned in perfect condition.

2. If the product packaging is not the original or it is not in perfect condition. The original packaging must protect the product so that it is received in perfect condition, the use of seals and adhesive tapes applied directly on it being prohibited.

3. When the product is open without being able to prove that it has not been used.

4. When the products are out of stock at the distributor, personalized products or products out of catalog and the customer has been informed, or those that, for reasons of hygiene or other legally provided exceptions, are not subject to this right.

All returns must be communicated to the PROVIDER, through the form enabled for this in your USER account, or by email to info@ncharchery.com indicating the invoice or order number..

Once the USER has received confirmation on his request, he will send the product to the PROVIDER, at his own expense, to the address NCH STOCK 23 SL Calle Castillo de Capua 10 nave 23, 50197 Zaragoza.

Once the return shipment is received and verified that all the established requirements are met, the PROVIDER will reimburse the customer.

How can I register as a user in NCHARCHERY?

Click on “My Account” at the top of the website. On the left you will see the text NEW CUSTOMER, click on continue to carry out the registration process. Once done, you will receive a confirmation email and you will be able to login to your customer account and add the missing data. Under the "address book" option you can add your shipping address and your billing address. In addition, you have the possibility to register during the ordering process.

How can I change my personal data?

To change your personal data, you have to login to your user panel with your email address and password. Once logged in, you can change your personal data clicking on ”Personal data”.

Is my data safe?

Yes, your data is safe in our virtual store. We use an SSL procedure that encrypts your personal data so that it cannot be viewed by third parties.

I have forgotten my password. How can I recover it?

Click on “Forgot your password?” under the “Sign up” button and provide your email address. After this you will receive an email with a link to restore your password.

PRODUCTS

What is the warranty on the products?

The products have a 3 years warranty coverage for all products purchased from January 1st, 2022. Products purchased prior to this date have a 2 years warranty coverage.

Some products subject to wear such as strings, cables, nocks, feathers, pins, rubbers, silencers, torques, etc., do not have a warranty (beyond the fact that they had some damage at the time of delivery).

Aesthetic faults, paints, varnishes, appearing on limbs, bodies... are not covered by the warranty replacement.

Items beyond repair will be replaced whenever possible with the same item.
